Piston cylinders with end cushioning
These are common single-action or double-action piston hydraulic cylinders, which have integrated into its structure decelerator of the piston’s speed in the end of the stroke. Reducing the piston velocity as it approaches some of the end points lowers the stress on cylinder components and reduces vibration transmitted to the machine structure of which it is a part.
